You can wash the Yuools safely in the washing machine by setting the 30-minute wool cycle. Pull out the inner sockliner and place both sides back in the drum. When finished washing, air-dry the Yuools by inserting the appropriate form. Never use fabric softener or tumble dryer.

Yuools fit "just right." Therefore, our advice is to take the size you usually use for your other shoes. In the case of a half size (e.g. 40.5), we advise you to take the larger size (e.g. 41) instead. For details, you can refer to the "Size Guide" inside the product sheet.

Shipping to Italy is completely free of charge. We ship throughout Italy on average in 2-3 business days. However, shipping to other European countries is subject to a €15 surcharge.

You may return a purchased product in accordance with Article 11 "Withdrawal" in the "Terms of Sale" section. Send an email to info@yuool.it specifying your intention to withdraw from the contract and stating:

For your convenience, you can forward us the email we sent you at the time of purchase specifying, in the case of a multiple purchase, whether you wish to return all of the products or only a portion.

Once we receive the above notice, we will send you an email with instructions on how to return the package.

It is possible to pay by PayPal or credit card. Yuool IT accepts credit cards of the VISA and MASTERCARD circuits.

Yuool IT, as an online seller, is not required to issue an invoice (nor a receipt or tax receipt) to a consumer (not VAT registered), according to Article 22 of Presidential Decree No. 633 of 26/10/1972 and Article 2, letter oo) of Presidential Decree No. 696 of December 21, 1996 (as confirmed by Resolution No. 274/E of November 5, 2009).

If you still wish to receive an invoice, you can request one by entering your tax ID during checkout. You may choose to enter billing information other than delivery information by flagging the "Ship to a different address" option found on the page at checkout. Entering an Italian tax code is required for the invoice to be issued. Without this information it is therefore not possible for us to issue it. If you do not enter the tax code, a receipt will still be sent to you.
